So for me, the easiest way to think about it is I just make sure that the largest source of light is behind my screen so that my face is lit up. So just look at your face and figure out like where do you have shadows. So I have those lights there and so I just make sure that I have like a light over there. The second thing is audio, so you don't need a headset if you don't have one, but just make sure your audio sounds good and that there's not a lot of background noise. So make sure there aren't like dogs barking and that you're not in an airport, right? Just clean audio. And last, and this is the most important is vibes, right? So you have to be seem like you're fun to work with, right? So I would talk a little bit about your Work history like what you've done and stuff and then talk a little bit about what you do for fun, but do not say you like hanging out with friends because everyone says that and it's not memorable for me. I, I mean, I personally love camping, so I'm always like, I love backpacking, right? Choose something that's unique to you that's actually real because it'll help you in the interview.
